Jessica is a hairstylist with over 20 years of experience and a passion for creating personalized looks that make every client feel beautiful and confident. She specializes in customized haircuts, rich root touch-ups, traditional blending and hand-tied extensions, tailoring each service to fit her clients’ individual style and needs. As the wife of a veteran and a proud mom of two, Jessica has called five different places home, but has returned home to Ohio since 2021 where she continues to grow her passion for the beauty industry. She also owns a salon in Northern Virginia, bringing years of experience, creativity, and entrepreneurial spirit as the owner and stylist at The Alchemy Hair Co.

Kalli has been a licensed hairstylist for 10 years and loves building meaningful relationships with her clients while creating beautiful, dimensional color and effortless styles. She loves all things hair, from everyday styling to bridal hair, and is passionate about helping every client feel confident and reach their hair goals. Outside the salon, Kalli is a proud wife to Michael and mama to two boys. She loves spending time with family, planning fun adventures, and embracing her easygoing, go-with-the-flow personality. She can’t wait to meet you, get to know your story, and help make your hair dreams come true!

Emma is excited to begin her journey at The Alchemy Hair Co.! A graduate of Tolles Cosmetology, she loves helping clients feel confident and beautiful through personalized blonding services, all-over color refreshes, haircuts, special event hair styles and more. Outside the salon, Emma enjoys exercising and expressing her creativity. She looks forward to welcoming new clients and helping them achieve their hair goals!
